Antonio and Rita wanted to create with Officina del Gusto, the place where to make Italian food PROTAGONIST. At the age of 60, they left their professional activities to cultivate and launch their new project of life. To introduce Italian cuisine in its mysteries and refinement.
Officina del Gusto wants to be a workshop inside which will be offered to guests EXPERIENCES related to the pleasure of the table. Italian cuisine is an art to be disseminated, taught, disseminated and this is what the founders want to do by offering:
- lessons held by professional chefs who will guide the participants on a practical course of preparation of the most typical dishes of Italian gastronomy;
- distrust of typical foods told and explained in their recipes and in their secrets around a social table where diners will sit next to each other experiencing a different experience from a simple typical dinner.
